Question 1

How fast is the transfer?

Accepted Answer

Through the marketplace we push the domain or send the transfer code within 24 hours of payment clearing, and approve the outgoing transfer as soon as it is requested. Current status: We push SenseDock.com or send the transfer code within 24 hours of payment clearing.

Question 2

Is my payment protected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The marketplaces hold the buyer's money and release it to the seller only after the domain is in the buyer's account. We never take payment or financial details on this site. Every payment happens on the secure checkout of the service you choose (GoDaddy/Afternic or Sedo) through their own payment gateways. Forms here only ask for your name, email and request details.

Question 3

Can I make an offer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the offer form on this page. Offers go directly to the owner. Usual response time: under 2 hours.

Question 4

Can I pay for SenseDock.com in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through lease to own on GoDaddy.com (Afternic): monthly payments for up to 12 months, set up on the marketplace listing itself. Ask the marketplace for the exact terms; they can differ from the one-time price.
